Celebration cakes have changed dramatically over the last 10 to 15 years. The purchase of oversweet mass-produced cakes from your local supermarket with stamped out designs have been replaced with bespoke cakes, personalised to your own requirement, making your celebration even more special and unique.
A cake can be the focal point of your celebration, be it for Birthday, Anniversary, Valentine, Gender Reveal and Christening as well as Christmas; they always bring smiles of joy to the faces of everyone – and my cakes are all about being fun as well as delicious!
But it isn’t only celebration cakes I make, I offer a wide range of bakes, hence the name Bakes and Bites, take a look at my gallery for more information on tray bakes, cafe cakes, fudge, eclairs and more.
Everything I bake is made using fresh ingredients in my wonderful cream Aga which gives a unique taste to the bake – a bit different to conventional ovens and, of course, totally scrumptious.
