I have been baking cakes since I was a child, alongside my Mum, but took up decorating celebration cakes for family and friends several years ago.  This gradually led to being recommended to friends of friends and soon Natties Bakes and Bites was born.

Baking and decorating celebration cakes has become a passion.  So, I decided to put that passion and energy into making creations for others, that’s you!

However, it’s not just celebration cakes that I make, I love being in the kitchen with my Aga, so cafe cakes, scones, tray bakes, eclairs, fudge and of course cupcakes are also available.

Recently I have been baking a lot of fruit pavlovas as well as experimenting with various flavours of soda bread, both sweet and savoury – check the bakes gallery or Instagram for a glimpse or two.
